Rental Policies

Renters Responsibilities: Renters are responsible for payment, deposit, property damages and all responsibilities spelled out herein and in the Booking Agreement. 

  

Reservations, Payment and Confirmation:

  1. Click on Contact the Owner from Homeaway.com and fill out all details about your rental needs.
  2. Receive confirmation and booking instruction from the owner via email.
  3. Review and sign the Booking Agreement and return to the owner with the deposit. Your reservation is not complete until the owner received the signed agreement and the deposit. You will receive a confirmation from the owner on your payment via email.
  4. Once full payment is completed you will receive instructions for your arrival.

Damage / Reservation Deposit: A damage/reservation deposit of $100 is required.  This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation.  The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit up on arrival.  The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided no damage is done to the house or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.

 

Payment Due: A full payment of the rental is required 15 days before your arrival

 

Payment Methods Accepted: Check, PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.

 

Payment Methods NOT Accepted: Cash or Wire Transfer.

 

Reservations Made Less than 15 Days Before Arrival: If your arrival date is made less than 15 days before your arrival, it must be paid in full within 24 hours of your reservation by credit card or PayPal.  Personal check and cash are not accepted. 

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of deposit and payment refunded.

 

Hurricane or storm policy: 100% of payment refunded
